Getting Started

MyAstralys is a personal astrology and wellness app for iOS. It combines birth chart interpretations, daily horoscopes, compatibility readings, mood tracking, and journaling — all in one place.

When you first open the app, you'll be asked to enter your birth date, time, and location. This information is used to generate your natal chart. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can enter an approximate time or skip it — some chart features will be limited without an exact time.

Yes — the free version includes your daily horoscope, mood tracking, forecast headlines, and one compatibility entry. A Premium subscription unlocks full birth chart descriptions, complete forecast write-ups, unlimited compatibility entries, and the full journaling suite with export.

Account & Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find MyAstralys → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase Premium, then open the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" option in the Settings section of the app. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

Yes. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your Premium subscription is available on all your iOS devices.

Privacy & Data

MyAstralys collects your birth date, time, and location to generate your chart; mood log entries; and journal entries if you use the journaling feature. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app settings. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You can also contact us at support@massivemushroom.com to request data deletion.

Your journal entries are stored on your device and synced securely via your iCloud account (if enabled). We do not read or share your journal content. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Troubleshooting

Make sure your device has an active internet connection. Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in. If none of these work, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Go to your Profile settings in the app and check that your birth date, time, and location are entered correctly. Even small errors in birth time can affect your rising sign and house placements. If you're unsure of your exact birth time, try entering noon as a default.
